Retired in 1992 from Indian Army after 35 years of service. Served in many difficult areas like Ladakh and in various Army units. Post retirement, he came in contact with respectable Capt.LS Jaswal and Col. Jita Ram associated himself with the school since then. He has seen the school grow from two children under the tree to the present strength of 500 students.

He even associated himself with various social activities and served as Chairman of ARWA, President of the Arun Vihar Community Centre, President of Arun Vihar Sikh Sangat.

She has vast experience in the field of education. She has worked endlessly towards the growth of underprivileged since 2000 and has been associated with this school for the last 20 years. As an academician, she has worked in various reputed schools of Delhi and has also headed pre-nursery school for almost two decades in Delhi. She has done Masters in Philosophy from Kurukshetra University and has graduated from Punjab University. She belongs to the Army fraternity and has travelled far and wide. She has been a member of elders committee since 2005 and has been a ladies club secretary for several years in army.

Retired at Superintending Engineer and holds a Bachelor degree in the Electrical Engineering. Also holds Diploma in creative writing, Environmental Science and is pursuing course in Human Rights from IGNOU. Expertise in waste management, herbal gardens, career counselling and skill development.Post retirement he pursued social work in the field of education and environment. He has worked many schools & organizations in Noida including Citizen Improvement Society, Sankalp India Trust, Siddharth Memorial Charitable Trust etc. He has received innumerable awards and authored 5 books. Awarded for outstanding performance in the field of social works and journalism by Patrakar Press council and Sankalp India.
